PTFE Envelope Gasker
Our newly launched product is applicable to fluid equipment
complying with DIN international standards from Germany, Japan,
the United States and other regions.
Its specifications range from 6A to 200A, with port diameters
from 3/8 inch to 8 inch. It features an outer layer of molded
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) and an inner silicone rubber
core.
This gasket is highly corrosion-resistant, and forms a leak-tight
seal when paired with 314# / 306# stainless steel.
It is non-toxic and suitable for pharmaceutical and food-grade
applications, as well as corrosive fluid working conditions.
With a maximum pressure resistance of 10MPa, it delivers reliable
safety performance and easy installation & disassembly.
It is perfectly compatible with all aromatic solvents, alcohol
ester-based organic solvents, paints, inks and similar media,
ensuring zero leakage in service.
